Yeah! We leave Friday for a nice long weekend with my dear best friend from high school, Cathi and her husband Don. Last year we visited together in Victoria. In February Cathi called with some great cruise deal and we decided to get together for all of our May birthdays. Nolan's finger is doing fine... he gets his stitches out on Wednesday. But thank goodness for insurance - the surgery alone cost 12,500. I think by the time he is done with physical therapy it will be closer to 15,000. It was fun to ask Nolan what he thought it cost before I showed him. He said $1,000.
Haley is getting busy with all her year end activities. She has her ballet recital in a couple of weeks, traffic review, spring band concert, open house, ballet pictures and much much more!
Frank is busy as ever. He is prayerfully considering going back to school in the fall for his doctorate.
I've been reading and implementing thoughts from a great book - Sidetracked Home Executives by Pam Young and Peggy Jones (the slob sisters). It's a great book and has helped me get back on track.
Well, dinner calls - zucchini squash casserole. Yum.
