Well, it has been a mighty busy week, as we enter the countdown to graduation!!

Nolan swam sectionals on Friday and did quite well on his relay. He had his fastest sprint ever he was down to 24 seconds for his 50 free. The competition was stiff and he did not make finals on Saturday. But, all things considered, we were very grateful to have him home Saturday as he had made plans to pick up his prom date Jill at 3:30. Things got quite hectic around here for a few minutes at about 3:15. The kids came over and took a few pictures here before meeting up with thier other friends and going to one house for dinner and taking the limo to get pictures done at the school. After prom, they all came here for fondue and a movie and went home last night about 1:00AM. Check out Nolan's red converse with the tux!

On Wed. night the kids were baptised by my Dad. Dad and Beth came up Wed. afternoon for the great event and stayed the night. We had a great morning having breakfast and doing some shopping!

We have been working madly on the house to get a few projects done before Nolan's Grad party. The kids bathroom has been finalized. Over last weekend, Frank and I painted the cabinets black and the walls a very true medium blue. I had an old sailboat picture of Frank's reframed in Black and hung it up. Once the cabinets were finished, the cultured marble looked like brand new!

Also, we just got the big purple chair recovered and the cushions from the couch in the same harlequin green and cream pattern. They came out very good and now I will be busy making new cushions for them.

Busy, busy and glad to be getting lots of things done! Frank is getting lots of holes filled in the front and back yards. A new dogwood, and lilac have gone in and a new everblooming hydrangea and everblooming gardenia will be going in next!

More later.
